Bequests
A charitable legacy is personal. You may want your bequest to remain anonymous, or you may choose to make it a memorial gift to honor someone you love. You can designate a specific dollar amount or asset, or you can assign PEDS as a beneficiary of a certain percentage of your estate. Your bequest to PEDS will be completely free of gift or estate tax.
Contact your lawyer to determine the most suitable way to bequest a portion of your estate.
